Asaram Bapu: Asaram Bapu Got A Shock From The Court, Convicted In Sexual Harassment Case
Section code of Indian Penal Code on Asaram Bapu (Wrongful confinement), 370A (Sexual assault ), 370(4) (smuggling), , 506 (criminal intimidation), and 120(B)(Criminal conspiracy) was charged under. Asaram’s son Narayan Sai was also an accused in this case. Asaram’s wife Lakshmi, daughter Bharati and four female followers – Dhruvben, Nirmala, Jassi and Meera – were also named as accused in the case. All of them were acquitted by the Gandhinagar court.
