Rahul Gandhi said that the level of unemployment in Jammu and Kashmir is the highest in the country. He said that youth want to become engineers, doctors and lawyers. But, they find that they cannot do this. He said, earlier there was a way to get employment. That way was the army. A new scheme called Agniveer started by BJP has now stopped this too.
