It was said in the contempt petition that even the health cards of the victims of the gas tragedy have not been made. The necessary equipment and medicines are not available in the hospitals. It was informed that due to non-fixation of BMHRC’s recruitment rules, doctors and para medical staff are permanently engaged in their services. do not provide. In the contempt petition, Secretary of the Central Family Welfare Department, Ranjan Bhushan, Aarti Ahuja, Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Iqbal Singh Bais, Chief Secretary to the State Government, Mohammad Suleman, Secretary, Bhopal Gas Tragedy Assistance and Rehabilitation Department, ICMR Senior Deputy Director R Ram And Director of BMSRC Dr. Prabha and Director of NIRE Rajnarayan Tiwari were made the appellants. for non-compliance of the order passed during the last hearing regarding the appointment of doctors and para medical staff in BMHRC The couple bench had expressed displeasure. The couple bench had summoned ICMR chairman R Ram. Following the order of the High Court, R Ram appeared during the hearing. During the hearing, he told that doctors are appointed but after some time they leave the job. After which the couple bench made the above observation.
