This action was taken by “The Evangelical Lutheran Church in M.Chhindwara”. The meetings were held at the locations of the office bearers of the Society and at the Headquarters of the Society. The EOW conducted the search under a warrant issued by the court. EOW, President of “The Evangelical Lutheran Church in MP” Surendra Kumar Sukka, resident of Chhindwara, Secretary Besides the residences of Nitin Sahai, former treasurer Basant Kumar, treasurer SP Dilraj and Bhopal resident vice president Anil Martin, searched the main office of the society at Chhindwara. The employees of the society had accused the officials that the amount of provident fund was being deducted from their salary for many years. But it was not deposited in the employees’ provident fund account for the last 19 years. Neither the contribution of the organization was deposited and in this way about 4 to 5 crore rupees have been embezzled. After investigating the complaint received by the EOW in this regard, the investigation has been started by registering an FIR. EOW’s investigation revealed that the year by the office bearers of “The Evangelical Lutheran Church MP” the amount of EPF was deducted from the salary of the employees posted under their headquarters, but this amount was not deposited in the EPF account. In addition to the amount deducted from the salary, the society also has to deposit the contribution on behalf of the institution which has not been deposited. The EPF account holder gets the facility of life insurance. For which EPF contribution has to be deposited regularly. Due to non-deposit of EPF contribution by the society officials – The families of the employees who died due to epidemic and other reasons have not received the insurance amount. The EPF fund has not been paid to the retired employees of the society as per rules. Many important documents related to embezzlement have been seized on the search of the main office of the society. ,
