Karnataka High Court The Congress party has been asked to provide screenshots of all the posts which infringe the copyright of the respondent. Actually this order was given by the High Court when a writ petition was filed against the order of the Congress to block the Twitter account.

What is the whole matter

Actually MRT Music accused Congress Party of copyright . He alleged in the petition that the Congress used the ‘sound track’ of the film KGF Chapter 2 on its Twitter account. It has been alleged that its copyright has been infringed and a permanent injunction has been sought against Congress and its leaders for using its copyrighted music. Following which a special court in Bengaluru Urban district on Monday directed microblogging site Twitter to block the ‘handle’ of the Indian National Congress (INC) and its ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ till the next date of hearing. The court also ordered removal of three tweets posted by Congress.
