Chhatarpur: Four Children Drowned In A Water Reservoir In Chitrai Village, Two Died

Two more children were drowned with them, although they somehow left. Expressing condolence, the BJP state president has spoken of giving assistance to the family. According to the information, the accident happened on Friday afternoon in village Chitrai of Chhatarpur district. It was told that four children of the village had come to bathe in a temporary reservoir built outside the village. While taking a bath, they went deep, the four children started drowning. Somehow, the two children came out and ran towards the village for help. He narrated the incident to the villagers and brought them to the reservoir. After that the villagers started searching for the children. Both the children were evacuated to Khajuraho Community Health Center, where doctors declared them brought dead. His identity is 9-year-old Honey’s father Sonu Anuragi and year old Lavkush father Gaurishankar was born as Anuragi. Later both the bodies were sent to Rajnagar Hospital for post-mortem. After the incident, the family members are in a bad condition. BJP District General Secretary Arvind Pateria and Khajuraho Municipal Council President Pappu Awasthi reached Khajuraho Hospital as soon as they got information about the incident. He consoled the family members by meeting them. Here BJP state president and regional MP VD Sharma has expressed condolence over the death of the children by tweeting and said that the family should be given assistance. He tweeted that the news of two children drowning in water in village Chitrai of Rajnagar Vidhan Sabha is heart breaking. My deepest sympathies to the bereaved family members. Praying to God that the soul of the departed rest in peace and give strength to the bereaved family to bear the loss. ,
