Lambha contains parts of Vejalpur, Daskaroi, Danilimda, Vatva and Maninagar assembly constituencies. According to a Times of India report, Kalu Bharwad, an independent councilor of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation from Lambha, says that is his only ward in the city, which is divided into several assembly and parliamentary constituencies. He said that such division causes trouble for the people living here. Actually, they do not even know which MLA or MP to contact if there is a problem.
