The state government wanted to challenge the anticipatory bail granted to Dr. Rehman from the High Court, on which the Supreme Court reprimanded it. There was a ruckus regarding the book ‘Collective Violence and Criminal Justice System’ by Amar Law Publication. It has been written by Professor Dr. Farhat Khan, who teaches in the college, who has issued an apology regarding this book in 2021 Huh. He also made necessary changes in that book.
