The special court has also imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 on the woman Patwari. The woman Patwari was caught taking a bribe of Rs 5,000 eight years ago in the case of land transfer. The case is of village Badhana Tehsil Hatod. Here 2014 the applicant Radheshyam Chauhan had complained to the Lokayukta police that Patwari Deepika was demanding Rs 5,000 for the transfer of land. Is. After this, the Lokayukta police formed a team to investigate the matter. The team reached the spot and arrested Patwari Deepika, taking the first installment of Rs 2,500. Lokayukta police got audio recording done while taking action of trapping in this whole matter. Along with the recording, all other necessary documents were presented before the court. On the basis of all the evidence, Special Judge Sanjay Kumar Gupta held Patwari guilty in this case. Patwari has been punished with a fine of Rs 5,000 and 4 years rigorous imprisonment under the IPC Act. ,
