The court was told by the prosecution that On June 2020, the victim’s mother lodged a missing complaint at Ranjhi police station. Registering a complaint about being were living and the victim was outside the house. When she came out, she found that their daughter was not at home. Inquired in the neighborhood and among relatives, but the victim was not found. He suspects that some unknown person might have seduced him. Police found the victim after investigation and rape was confirmed. Police filed a case against the accused under other sections including misconduct and presented the challan before the court. After the hearing, the court sentenced the accused Rohit Vanshkar to rigorous imprisonment for one year and a fine of Rs 4,000. ADPO Manisha Dubey presented the case on behalf of the government. ,
