Jabalpur: Former Bishop PC Singh Used To Take Money From Recognized Missionary School, Bhopal Bishop Will Present Tomorrow

Expansion The layers of the scam of former Bishop PC Singh, who is jailed in the misappropriation of funds of educational institutions and forgery of mission property, are continuously being exposed. In Damoh and Seoni, the bishop used to take money even from the government-aided missionary school. Bhopal bishop will appear before EOW on Friday.

According to EOW DSP Swaran Singh Dhami, the principals of government-recognized missionary schools in Seoni and Damoh were questioned on Thursday in connection with the misuse of educational institutions. During this he admitted that the former bishop used to take money from the government-approved missionary school. The accountant of the school has been summoned along with the records.

The EOW had told the Board of Education Church of North India secretary Neeraj David that two expensive cars were gifted to Bhopal Bishop Manoj Sharan from the school money. Bhopal bishop was summoned for questioning. Bhopal Bishop will be present with the document on Friday.

It is noteworthy that the EOW team had raided the office and house of Bishop PC Singh in Napier Town on 8 September. During this 80 lakhs of gold, 1 crore 65 lakhs of cash, 118 Bank Accounts, 18352 US Dollars, 118 Pounds, 9 Luxury Cars, 18352 Documents of properties were found. The bishop was out of the country during the raid. The EOW had arrested Bishop from Nagpur airport. 6 and a half crore rupees were deposited in the bank in the name of his family members.

Apart from this, PC Singh had bought the valuable land located in Mission Compound for half the price in his own name. While being a bishop, PC Singh sold the land and bought it himself as a buyer. Cases are registered against PC Singh in different states across the country 17. ,
