Jabalpur: PC Singh Got Bhopal Diocese Land In The Name Of His Trust, Bishop Manoj Sharan Disclosed

Expansion The layers of the scam of former Bishop PC Singh, who was jailed in the misappropriation of funds of educational institutions and forgery of mission property, are continuously being exposed. The new disclosure is that the former bishop had got the land of the school located in Neemuch under Bhopal Diocese in the name of his trust.

According to EOW DSP Swaran Singh Dhami, during interrogation of Neeraj David, secretary of the Board of Education Church of North India, it was found that Bhopal Bishop Manoj Sharan was given the amount of the school. Expensive cars were gifted. Both the vehicles were purchased with funds from educational institutions. The EOW questioned Bhopan Bishop Manoj Sharan on Friday. He told that former Bishop PC Singh had got the land of the school located in Neemuch under Bhopal Diocese in the name of his trust. The EOW had also questioned the principals of government-recognized missionary schools in Seoni and Damoh last day. He had told that the former bishop used to take money from the government-approved missionary school. The accountant of the school has been summoned along with the records.

Significantly, the EOW team had raided the then Bishop PC Singh’s office and house in Napier Town on September 8. During this 80 lakhs of gold, 1 crore 65 lakhs of cash, 118 Bank Accounts, 18352 US Dollars, 118 Pounds, 9 Luxury Cars, 18352 Documents of properties were found. PC Singh was outside the country during the raid. The EOW had arrested him from Nagpur airport. 6 and a half crore rupees were deposited in the bank in the name of the family members of PC Singh. Apart from this, PC Singh had bought valuable land located in Mission Compound for half the price in his own name. While being a bishop, PC Singh sold the land and bought it himself as a buyer. Cases are registered against PC Singh in different states across the country 17. ,
