The investigating agency said that Harpreet is an associate of Lakhbir Singh Rode, the self-styled head of Pakistan-based International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF). Harpreet, along with Lakhbir Singh Road, was one of the conspirators of the December Ludhiana Court Building Blast.
