Karnataka Congress President DK Shivakumar has said regarding the matter That they will not be able to appear before the ED. The reason for this has also been told by him. He said that he is about to attend the party worker’s birthday function due to which he is unable to appear. Recently, Shivakumar spoke to the media in this regard and said that the investigating officer (IO) of the National Herald and Young India case has now changed. Me and my brother have received a summon in which we have been asked to appear on 7th November with some documents.

Karnataka Congress President DK Shivakumar said that some documents have been presented on his behalf before the investigating agency but, some more documents have been sought from ED’s side, Which they will present before the Investigating Officer. According to him, the ED and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) have registered separate cases against him.
