In the case filed, it has been said that despite the complaint, no action has been taken against the culprits. A division bench of Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra has issued a notice to Sagar Lokayukta SP and directed him to submit his reply in the matter. The couple’s bench has fixed the matter for further hearing on January 6. Please inform that this PIL is filed by Satna Nagaud resident Munendra Singh Parihar, a former employee of the Forest Department, in the Water Resources Executive Engineer’s Office. It has been filed on behalf of posted workers Vijay Prasad Gautam and Basant Singh Sikarwar. There is an allegation in this that the lattice purchased for plantation in the Forest Department of Panna and Chhatarpur is heavily messed up. About 233 lakh rupees were manipulated. Despite the complaint of the case, no action was taken against the non-applicants, on which the High Court has been taken refuge. In the case, Secretary of Forest Department, PCCF, Panna DFO Puneet Sonkar, Chhatarpur DFO Anurag Kumar and retired CCF of Chhatarpur Lokayukta SP of Sagar Division along with PP Titere have been made parties. After the preliminary hearing of the case, the court has fixed the next hearing of the case on January 6, while issuing notice to the Lokayukta SP and directing him to submit his reply.
