MP: Misuse Of Funds Received From The Center During The Kovid Period, The High Court Gave Freedom To Complain To The Lokayukta

Expansion During the Kovid epidemic, a public interest litigation was filed in the High Court alleging misuse of crores provided by the Central Government through the State Government in Burhanpur. Disposing of the petition, a bench of Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra has given liberty to the petitioner to complain before the Lokayukta. Let us tell you that in the petition filed by Balachandra Shinde, it was said that Kovid-19 During the epidemic, the Central Government had provided assistance of more than one lakh crore to each state. Out of which the state had received an amount of 1 lakh 233 crore, out of which 12 Crore amount was received by Burhanpur district. It was alleged in the petition that the said amount was misused by the local administration and the said amount has been transferred to the accounts of many private people. In the petition, Chief Secretary Health and Family Welfare Department, Principal Secretary Health Department, Collector Burhanpur and CMHO Burhanpur were made parties. After hearing the petition, the couple bench issued the said order while disposing of it. Advocate Ahdulla Usmani appeared on behalf of the petitioner. ,
