It was said in the petition that this quota is applicable in other states of the country. While hearing the petition, a division bench of High Court Chief Justice Ravi Vijay Kumar Malimath and Justice Vishal Mishra issued notices to the non-applicants and sought answers. Tell that in the petition filed on behalf of the petitioner Dr. VB Singh, it was said that he was Guest Assistant He is posted as Professor. His grandfather was a freedom fighter, whose certificate has been issued by the District Collector. The MP-PSC had conducted the exam for Assistant Professor in the year 2021. The quota of freedom fighters was not implemented in this. The MPPSC conducted the examination for Assistant Professor in the year 2021. Freedom fighter quota has not been implemented in this. It was said in the petition that the MP-PSC is not implementing the freedom fighter quota in any examination. This quota is applicable in other states including Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Bihar. In this regard, he had given a representation to the Chief Minister in the year 2021. The said petition has been filed against no action being taken on the representation. After hearing the petition, the Jugalpeeth has issued a notice to the MP-PSC and the Higher Education Department seeking answers. Advocate Harry Bamoria appeared on behalf of the petitioner. ,
