MP News: Two Constables Killed, Three Injured, Policemen Returning After Having Food Due To Collision With Unknown Vehicle In Damoh

Extension removed of Damoh district Bolero and unknown vehicle collided late on Thursday night on Hata Damoh road under the police station. Due to which three constables and two other persons aboard the Bolero were seriously injured, who were brought to the district hospital for treatment, where two constables died during treatment.

According to the information received from the police, on Thursday night near SBN College on Hata Damoh Marg under Hata police station, constable Rajeev Shukla batch resident of village Chandera police station Jatara district Tikamgarh and second constable Naresh Ahirwal resident of village Raja Bilhara. Outpost Bilhara police station Surkhi district Sagar had come to a dhaba near Hata to have food with his three other associates, including constable Vimlesh and Rajendra Shukla resident Bajna and Shashank Garg alias Dabbu resident Hata. After having dinner, he was returning from his Bolero vehicle. Meanwhile, some unknown vehicle hit the Bolero near Vivekananda College, due to which the policemen’s vehicle fell into the roadside drain, injuring others including the constable seriously.

As soon as the police got information about the incident, all of them were first removed to the Civil Hospital, after which they were admitted to the District Hospital of Damoh. Where constable Rajiv Shukla and constable Naresh Ahirwal were referred to Jabalpur Medical College when their condition was critical, where both died during treatment. On the other hand, constable Vimlesh and two others are being treated at Damoh District Hospital. SP DR Teniwar has given instructions for appropriate action in this matter. ,
