NEET-UG 2022: Delhi HC Allows College To Increase NEET-UG Seat Count

Delhi High Court has declared a college in Tamil Nadu National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)-Graduate Allowed to increase the number of students for the session. The appeal was made in the petition that the court direct the NMC to allow the college to be closed for the academic year 2021- to enroll students per year 200 Please provide approval letter in this regard. Advocate T. Singhdeo, representing the NMC, submitted that the commission had conducted a surprise inspection of the college and only 6473 on the request of the college. Seat may be allowed.
