Describing this yatra as penance, Rahul Gandhi also said that his aim was to connect with the people and understand their problems and this aim is being fulfilled through this yatra. ,Bharat Jodo Yatra Postponed due to bad weather In-charge Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh informed about the suspension of Congress’ Bharat Jodo Yatra by tweeting. Giving information, he said that due to bad weather conditions and landslides in the area, the afternoon leg of Bharat Jodo Yatra at Ramban and Banihal has been cancelled. Now travel next day i.e. will resume on January 8 at 8 am.
