He said, “The six major pillars of foreign policy are self-reliance, self-confidence, cooperation, national security, global agenda and views of Indians in other countries.” The minister emphasized on the importance of Make in India movement in the context of global reach. He said that Make in India is the main driving force behind the development of the country. Domestic supply chains should be strengthened and also linked to the global market. Micro and medium sized businesses should be encouraged to achieve this goal.
