Sehore: 10 Years Rigorous Imprisonment To The Person Who Raped A Minor, Committed Excesses By Taking Her To The Old Liquor Contract

Along with this, a fine has also been imposed on him. In the evening, the minor was returning from the shop when the young man dragged her inside the old liquor shop and raped her. According to the information, Special Judge (Poxo) Ashok Bhardwaj, in his decision, accused Dhara alias Banwari’s father Babulal Malviya, accused of rape (10) Resident Ichhawar District Sehore Section 376 in Bhadvi 11 Rigorous imprisonment of one year and Rs 1,000 fine and section 3/4 (1) of the POCSO Act 11 years’ rigorous imprisonment and 1000 was punished with a fine of Rs. In its decision, the court also ordered to give one lakh rupees as compensation to the victim. Assistant District Prosecution Officer Kedar Singh Kaurav told that the case is about one and a half years old. The minor knew Dhara alias Banwari for about a year, as he used to come and go from the field in front of her house. 26 july 2021 at around 7 pm when the minor was returning from the shop with the goods, she found Banwari on the way. He stopped him by engaging in talks and then dragged him to the old empty liquor vend. Where the accused misbehaved with her by pressing her mouth. Banwari had also threatened to kill her if she told anyone. The minor reached home crying and started crying sitting outside the house. When the father saw him crying, he asked the reason. The minor told the whole thing to the father. The father took him to the police station Ichhawar and lodged a complaint. After arresting the accused and discussing the matter, the matter went to the court. After hearing all the parties in the court, the accused Dhara alias Banwari father Babulal Malviya was convicted and awarded the above sentence. ,
