We are focused on building a reliable term between Florid and its customers. Therefore, we are expecting our customers to comply with all the Florid norms while purchasing, exchanging, returning, a product.

- When you use any of the product related services provided by us through the Website.
- The product’s exchange/return and refund are to be processed under the return & privacy policies of Florid complying with all the terms & conditions.
- The warranty of the products is subject to provide the proof of purchase & proof of warranty.
- Without the proof of warranty Florid has all the rights to refuse your claim to repair the product in warranty.
- In the case of any incomplete or false information shared to claim the warranty, Florid reserves all the rights to refuse the warranty and free of charge repair.
- The warrant claim is not transferable. Only the buyer of the purchased product has the rights to claim the warranty of the product.
- Warranty can be refused in case of accidental or consequential damage of the product. Only the fault in production of the product i.e. manufacturing defect/dysfunctionality is to be subjected to claim the warranty of the product.
- Refund claims can be entertained only in the case of receiving dead product or empty parcel or no parcel.
- In the case of receiving an empty parcel or dead product we require an unboxing and performance trial video as a proof and proof of purchase.
- In the case of receiving no parcel we require your product tracking record as a proof.
- In the case of having no proof you cannot claim the refund, exchange/return and warranty.
- While exchanging and returning your purchased product, you must comply with all the policies and terms & conditions of Florid.
- Your claim shall not be approved if you are not complying with the policies, terms & conditions.
- It may take upto 15 business days to process the exchange/refund
- We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to alter, modify, add or subtract any portion of these terms & conditions, at any time without any prior written notice.
- We are expecting you to review these terms & conditions periodically for updates/changes from time to time.
- Your continued usage of the website following the posting of changes will be deemed as you accept and agree to the new revisions in the terms & conditions & policies of the Florid.
- As long as you comply with these terms & conditions, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use our website for private view and personal ordering /purchases.
- All the policies, terms & conditions shall be revised/updated/changed by Florid anytime.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
We urge our buyers to review the listing of the product they wish to buy. It will help them to decide whether the product is ideal for them or not. The buyers should read through the features of the products first, then place the order of the product they’re satisfied with.
By the term "exchange/return policy", Florid means that the buyer of a florid product (customer) wants to claim exchange/return a Florid product purchased due to the following reasons:
The product received damage.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product fails to perform due to some manufacturing defect.
Wrong item was sent by the seller.
If any product(s) was/were missing.
Florid avails the exchange/return of the product in the above-mentioned cases only. Otherwise, Florid shall not entertain the exchange/return request in the cases are as follow:
Customer dislikes the product
Not satisfied with the colour or design
Product got damaged accidentally.
We have designed our exchange/return standard as per the cases mentioned above. Florid is expecting the buyers to read and understand the standards of exchange/return policy.
How to request your exchange/return?
For returning the product, you have to send Florid an email at email@example.com in which you have to mention the details are as follow:
Send the three to four images of the product you have received (top, bottom and sides).
Mention the Order No. in the email.
Mention the date of receiving the order.
Mention the reason for returning the product.
Mention the product performance status.
Note: Sending the above-mentioned details are mandatory. Without these details, the exchange/return request can not be processed any further.
To claim any refund it is prominent to make sure that the reason for claiming the refund is valid. You can claim the refund if the reason falls under the following conditions:
Your order is prepaid but you have not received the delivery within 15 days of placing the order.
You have got no product in your parcel ( a video of unboxing the product as a proof is needed).
Your prepaid order is cancelled by the seller or service provider.
You can claim the refund by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following mandatory details:
Share the proof of purchase/ delivery (if you have received an empty or wrong parcel)
Share the order number (In any case)
Share the online invoice (If your order was prepaid)
Note: If a customer wants to exchange/return their product, the request should be raised within 10 days from the date they receive the product on the respective portal where the order is placed. The respective vendor/partner will initiate the refund after analysing the condition of the product after receiving it to the company warehouses.
