Weather News Today: Temperature Continues To Fall, Know How The Weather Is Going To Be In Other States Including UP-Bihar

Winter temperature expected to be above normal over northwest India

In view of the possibility of slowing down of Western Disturbance, the winter temperature is expected to be above normal in many parts of North-West India. India Meteorological Department (IMD) chief Mrityunjay Mohapatra said that the temperature can vary on a day-to-day basis. The mercury is continuing to fall and now the effect of cold may intensify in the next few days.

The effect of cold winds coming from Himalayas and North is now visible in Jharkhand. There is a steady decline in the minimum temperature of different parts of Jharkhand. A gradual drop of 2 to 4 degree Celsius is likely to be recorded in the temperature during the next two days.

A drop in temperature is being recorded in entire North India including Uttar Pradesh for the last few days. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), there will be dense fog in many places of UP. The cold is likely to increase further due to falling mercury.
