According to the Meteorological Department, a circulation is visible near Andaman, due to which there is a possibility of rain in some states of the south for 4 to 5 days. The Meteorological Department has predicted that light to moderate rain may occur in some areas of Andaman and Nicobar, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
