The name of the person is Shrikant Dutta, who has also told about this to the news agency ANI. Talking to the news agency, he said that in the ration card, the work of writing my surname wrongly was done 3 times in a row. The first two times Shrikant Mandal and Shrikanti were written whereas this time my name which is Shrikant Dutta was written as Shrikant ‘Kutta’. Further he said that I went for application again where I expressed my protest after seeing Joint BDO.
