A Bengaluru Police official said that the incident took place in the Electronic City police station area on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday. The girl had booked a taxi service from Rapido to go from one friend’s house to another. On the way, the driver took advantage of the opportunity and took the victim to his place, where he along with his friend raped the girl. A woman was also present at the spot during the crime.

Police arrested the accused

The police officer told the media that 26 The matter came to light on November when the victim went to the doctor after feeling ill. He said that the police immediately registered a case and started investigation and arrested the accused.
